The first consultation I had was with a large firm who put no effort in reviewing my case and quickly informed me that my monthly payment in a Chapter 13 case would be half my monthly income. I left that office feeling even more trapped and hopeless. Then everything quickly turned around when I contacted Randall Carver with Bournakis & Mitchell. We discussed the details of my case and after he received all my documentation he obviously put great effort toward my case and within a short period of time informed me that my monthly payment in a Chapter 13 would be a fraction of what the first firm had stated! Throughout the process, Randall was extremely positive and reassuring always keeping me informed. Any anxious or worried emails sent by me was answered by Randall immediately which kept me calm during the process. Randall is incredibly knowledgeable and talented in his field; this coupled with his positive and reassuring manner makes him the attorney to turn to in a difficult time.
