5 /5 Judith Chapman: My son passed away 5 months ago and I was denied his life insurance due to the insurance company stating that my son was confined on the date the policy would have become effective which was absolutely false. I was in distress and turned to Mr. Jarome Gautreaux who stepped in and backed my appeal and demanded the insurance company act in Good Faith and overturn their decision immediately. The insurance company overturned the decision. Mr. Jarome responded immediately to all of my emails, texts, and phone calls and was there for me throughout the process. He is a brilliant attorney and very passionate about insurance companies doing what is just.
