He always responds timely which I appreciate because we all know when something happens the last thing you want is an untimely response. Kent handles my home, my cars and my rental properties. I have called Kent at 6pm on a Saturday afternoon for help and hes always on it. His staff is friendly, professional and helpful. In addition Kent is very active within the community.
