Joseph Otwell From the moment Doug answers the phone you know he will put your interests first. Doug was able to save us over $900 a year for home and auto insurance. Doug was very thorough made sure that I had the correct limits and coverage for my families needs and not just accepting what other companies limits. I never felt pressured to buy any other insurance products that he would not use himself to protect his family. They are very easy to get a hold of we were kept informed of the process the whole time. As part of a family business myself I know how important it is communication is and they have by far exceeded our expectations.
