He even come to our house to do all the paperwork! We have our Auto and life insurance with him...you cant beat their prices! If I have any issues, he is just a phone call away! Yall give him a call- he does, home, life, auto, and much more...cant beat the prices nor the personal service....He deserves more than 5 stars for his customer service. Well mannered, and caring! We want go anywhere else...

Amanda Killeen Dean and his employees are possibly the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. I called his office the other day and one of his team members picked up with the friendliest tone. I was not able to speak with Dean because he was out of the office and left a message. Within MINUTES I received an email from Dean letting me know he received my message and would return with his answer shortly. These days, it is hard to find anyone to return your calls or messages and I cant tell you what a breath of fresh air it was to receive a quick response.

Girlz Life As I stated before, Troy was very understanding to my grief. He is/ was thorough from day one about my policy. He returns calls, and has never been rude in anyway. Very professional.

Jean Tripi On 9/26/24 I received a cancellation notice on my homeowners insurance with Progressive when my paper check did not reach them in time. I called the customer service number in the email notification and was told there was no Grace Period and when my check was received it would be returned to Sender. This was 1 day before Helene was expected to arrive. I called the Parish Lowrie Agency and spoke with Brendon who was able to quote coverage and immediately provide a replacement homeowners policy for my Big Canoe home by 4 pm that afternoon. Not only was my policy less expensive State Farm does not play around with their pricing to make you think youre getting a better price by paying for your policy in full. On that same day I transferred both of my autos, which were also with Progressive, to State Farm and now Im in the process of insuring my rental properties in Big Canoe with the Parish Lowrie Agency because of the wonderful experience I had with Brendon.
