5 /5 Joseph Otwell: From the moment Doug answers the phone you know he will put your interests first. Doug was able to save us over $900 a year for home and auto insurance. Doug was very thorough made sure that I had the correct limits and coverage for my families needs and not just accepting what other companies limits. I never felt pressured to buy any other insurance products that he would not use himself to protect his family. They are very easy to get a hold of we were kept informed of the process the whole time. As part of a family business myself I know how important it is communication is and they have by far exceeded our expectations.

Not only did he take the time to go through all of our policies with us to verify our coverages but consulted us in great detail as to where we were underinsured and ways that we could improve our coverage where we were exposed. Best of all is that even with adding more coverage my monthly bill went down!!! Talk about a win win... Doug also helped me set up an umbrella policy which I have been contemplating for a while to cover the family if something unforeseen over and above any traditional coverage took place.
