I was referred by the Atlanta Bar after being denied twice by social security my daughter was born 2 months earlier than planned and due to her being born early she was severely delayed in her growth and development milestones. 5 /5 Deborah Jenkins: Kathleen and her team are experts in disability reconsideration. They give you the do’s and don’ts on paperwork. They tell you how state exams are to be conducted and the order the tests should be done. They give you printouts of steps and advice. When my son was approved, Social Security was slow in scheduling a perk interview for my son to receive his benefits. Kathleen and her team stayed on the phone for hours to make sure I got my perk interview which was the next day and my son‘s benefit was sent out that same day. If you have been denied disability benefits I highly suggest you give Kathleen and her team a call.
