5 /5 Chasing Wisdom: Since these reviews helped me so much I decided to leave a review in hopes it would help others in similar situations. My wife got in a bad car accident in September. Due to the circumstances of the accident we looked into various personal injury firms. After looking at various firms, I stumbled across Jones & Swanson pay which had excellent reviews. We set up a meeting with them, where we were able to talk about the accident and if they thought it was necessary to have a personal injury lawyer. Mr. Rutledge Jones( our main lawyer) was very honest about our situation and recommended we get a personal injury lawyer, even if that lawyer was not them. Based on this honesty along with our great interactions and the firms good reviews, we decided to go with Jones & Swanson. I am so thankful we did ! We had a lot of complications come up ( due to the other driver trying to fight that the accident was not their fault ) and I am so grateful for all the time and help Jones & Swanson put in to not only helping my wife get what she deserved but also helping with some of the court issues due to the other driver . I highly recommend this firm as everyone is easily accessible and willing to do whatever they can to make sure things get taken care of. It takes away the stress of you trying to deal with your own insurance and figuring out all the ins and outs of your policy. They made this whole process very easy for my wife and I , which is so needed after such a traumatic event. They are not like other firms that just take cases to just make money off you. I feel that they genuinely are invested in making sure you are taken care of and that insurance companies don’t take advantage of you. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone who is in an accident!
