Mike Kernea Mr. Jenkins handled a floodway issue that came up when my building burnt in 2016. I went to the county to get a building permit to start rebuilding and I was told that I was in the floodway. After working with the county for a year I could not get the county to listen to anything I said about a mistake FEMA made back in 1984.
