1 /5 Chaz Lytle: Extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy. I paid for their service and scheduled the appointment to speak with Mr. Judah. The appointment date and time was confirmed via email several times for 2pm. On that day, I received an email saying that I miss the 1pm appointment. They would not answer or return my calls or emails to reschedule. When they did finally return my call, I was told that Mr. Judah would not be representing my case and that a refund had been mailed. That was on January 22, 2024. As of today, March 2, 2024, I have not received my refund. I have called and emailed many times without a response. I am not asking for anything more than my money refunded.

I expect legal or business correspondence to come with integrity and accountability, not falsehoods and scare tactics. I will be pursuing every avenue—legal and otherwise—to ensure this matter is addressed and to protect others from being subjected to this kind of unethical behavior. Let this serve as a warning: if you’re considering dealing with this entity, think twice. No one deserves to go through this kind of baseless harassment.
