Karl Brown These people are very responsive when you call and ask for a quote. I was simply doing some comparison shopping will they went above and beyond the call to give me my options and quote me the best price would save me a tremendous amount of time looking for something more comparable. I was surprised by how efficiently they handled the switch from my previous insurance, and how much better the policy they wrote for me actually turned out to be. I have not had the opportunity to file claims with them but I would assume based on how quickly and officially they reached out to me when I requested a policy quote that they handle claims equally as expertly. I hope to have a long relationship with this company and based on how I was treated when I first approached them I would anticipate no less.

Exum Sara “Rhi” I moved recently and couldnt get an affordable rate through State Farm in my new state. Its not their fault though. My driving record isnt exactly the best. I had to switch to a different provider. But that doesnt change how I feel about State Farm w/Karen and Brittany. They always tried their level best to give me the best deals, even if it wasnt with them. Not to mention all the times I needed to call on the benefits and how helpful and accommodating they are. If youre in SOWEGA, the Albany area, you def gotta consider this State Farm representative for your insurance needs. They couldnt let you down if they wanted to.
