5 /5 Megan Terrebrood - Realtor: I had the opportunity to help my buyers close on a home in Macon. I had never closed st this office before but decided to give it a go and was not disappointed! Excellent communication and we were able to close early! Jill did the closing herself, she’s professional, funny, and very personable! She explained everything very well to my buyers and made the closing fun st the same time.

1 /5 Brittany Thomas: The clients that I had insisted on utilizing an attorney closer to where the seller lived which is in the country outside of the metro area. There were a lot of hiccups with the buyers loan company on delivery of the closing package. However the way the situation was handled was inappropriate and lacked professionalism. Instead of trying to figure out the situation the attorney was very pryful on asking personal questions to the buyer and the agent on why things were the way they were instead of addressing the concerns to the lender. Every party felt embarrassed. The seller did not understand why the commission was coming from him and it seemed like she had some biased agenda there she kept taunting the situation instead of staying neutral and trying to fix things. I wouldve rather have chosen an attorney that was experienced with different protocols, she even went as far as to ask why I would gift my commission to my buyer as if it was her business. She also kept asking the buyer why she didnt have her own funds to close which was inappropriate as well. According to the lender they just received information 2 days prior to closing as well which caused delay on their end. I think Jill needs to work on being MORE professional. It was the worst closing I had ever been too. It made what should have been a happy occasion for everyone to lets hurry up and get this over with scenario.

A large majority of those closings have been with Jill Thompson and her team. She is knowledgeable, professional, resourceful and approachable. My clients and I will continue to refer her for real estate closings in the Middle Georgia area, especially Macon. Keep up the good work!

5 /5 Andre Coquerel: Great closing attorney office. Follows safe Covid-19 protocols. Also, very efficient in handling their core business, real estate closings. The paralegals in the office are also knowledgeable and efficient. Theyve handled some of my closings and I was very satisfied. I use other closing attorneys but Im really appreciating this office.

1 /5 Christy Tucker: My grandparents had a will made up about two years ago. My grandpa passed away so I called to ask Jill a few questions and let her know my grandma wanted to change a few things. THIS LADY IS RUDE!!!! I would give 0 stars if it would let me. I eventually had to tell her to talk to me with respect and be rude back. I will never do business with her again and she was so rude to my grandma knowing her husband had just passed away. Take your money to someone else!!!
