1 /5 Hanifah Glass: It is unfortunate that I had to result to extreme measures such as this one in an attempt to get immediate attention to my account which has been neglected for two weeks. I have tried so many different avenues to contact my agent and the office personnel at this location it is absolutely insane. I feel truly neglected and treated very unfairly, things started off very pleasant and amicable but I began to see patterns of inconsistency with my agent when immediate attention was necessary to address certain matters. I have always asked my agent to be transparent as I am understanding of her time and the business she tackles on a daily basis but that still has not warranted me any success. I have reached out to country financial customer service line to request her manager to contact me but still have not spoken with anyone yet. A few of my accounts are at risk for being terminated because I can’t get the assistance required to bring accounts current or make payments, this is not a positive experience for a customer who has been with company for over 5 years!

Friendly, professional, competitive prices, knowledgeable, helpful, consistent...Ive referred her to several people and they always come back and thank me for recommending her because how nice and helpful she was ! Home, life, car , commercial she has you covered
