The service is what used to be the norm between an insurance agent and client but which, sadly, is becoming just that... a "used to be. It thrilled me to find that friendly, personal service again! Nicholas Starnes Crystal Turley it the best agent I have ever had. She is so polite and considerate about what my wants and inconveniences are. Im new to state farm and she invited me to come to her office for a better experience than over the phone when I got there I was greeted by a nice lady at the front desk who led me to my agents office. The building was very clean and the staff was very kind. I will never forget my experience with crystal from Don Mason State Farm!!! Keep up the excellent work ladies!

Don Karr Jeff and are two that really are concerned about the client. They are very profession very personable while setting up the client with the best possible money saving policy. I was paying $245 a month for one vehicle with my previous provider. Now I have 2 vehicles on one policy. Saving me $600 per year. Full coverage on both vehicles. Erwin Van Meirvenne Good experience on Applying for Auto and Renters insurance. The office has the right people on the right place. The Allstate app is user friendly and has all features you need. Today we have to file a claim, which will give us the opportunity to experience Allstate’s dealing with claims. I’ll post another review once the claim has been handled. For now 5 stars are in place.
