Just wanted to take a minute to tell you how much I appreciate all the help and concern you have given throughout the years. Along with so many other people, this past year has been an exceptionally hard one for us due to the hurricane. I have been so thankful for being able to deal with a local office and personnel. All your staff have gone above and beyond.
Aside from the hurricane, I have had other issues regarding insurance and once again received excellent service. Follow up is so important to let clients know they have not been forgotten, and your office is great with that.
I recently had an issue with a broken windshield, and Gena referred me to an excellent glass repair shop. The repair was done in a timely manner, and the shop was very nice and easy to deal with. Jill followed up afterwards to make sure everything was ok.
I wish all customer service was as good as I have received. Thanks again and give your staff an extra pat on the back – they deserve it!
