Najhea Waters Don’t do it. You will regret it. Horrible company rude, unprofessional staff. If the conversation goes left (which it will very quickly because they talk to people any kind of way) they will start yelling, calling you out of your name, refuse to take your payment and hang up in your face. I regret coming to Marietta car center and having to deal with all family finance and will be refinancing my loan as well as building a case against this company for harassing and threatening phone calls ( which I have recordings of the manager telling me to come to the office to fight and kyle moore calling me 10-12 times a day back to back for a payment that I’ve already set an arrangement for because they “no longer do payment arrangements because they’re under new management” which should be taken up with the employee Danita that set the arrangement for me not me the customer.

Sheena Reece Im reading these reviews and I am shocked! I love PFS. I did a 60 month contract on my vehicle and only have about 7 months left. NEVER has anyone been rude to me. NEVER have I been charged for something extra such as insurance. (I did receive a letter saying I didnt have auto insurance and would be charged if I didnt keep insurance or update the information. I called, they fixed the mistake...simple as that. You get several notices before they add their insurance) Theres been several times that I have had to be late because of holidays, illness, etc. PFS has always been happy to work with me. As long as you let them know whats going on and keep in contact, they are glad to help. Yes, the interest rates arent the best... but when you only have fair/poor credit (as I did at the time) and you cant afford to purchase out right, PFS is a great option. I am very thankful that they provided me with an auto loan and have helped me build my credit. It was definitely a better option than some Buy-Here-Pay-Here lot. Thanks PFS :)

Garon Watson Charles was actually a customer of mine at first. After a repair I had performed on his motorcycle he had called back to the shop and left a message. When the message played I was surprised because people rarely call a mechanic happy, much less to thank them. It was about 15 minutes into my first consultation that I knew, with his character and experience, that he was MY financial consultant for sure. If you are not sure about investing or want another honest opinion, why hot try the person who has the time to thank their mechanic and knows the Value" of hard work. Thanks Charles.
