2 /5 Teresa Jackson: The agent that helped me was very pleasant she was super nice the reason why Im giving you two stars is the price you charged me. My refund was $787.00 Jackson Hewitt got $451.00. anyone I know is low income like myself so no I would not recommend Jackson Hewitt to anyone I know because you take a lot of what they get back and thats uncalled for. The agent that did my taxes out like I said she was great shes the only reason you got two stars.

Mrs.Yasmine Parker was absolutely amazing, very assertive, very professional, helpful and she took care of me in a timely manner. This is my 4th year with Mrs.Yasmine and I look forward to her taking care of me for years to come. Highly recommended!
