Jackson Hewitt Tax Service - Dahlonega (GA)

Ashlyn Love McAlpine was highly recommended to me by a friend after I was upset with another tax company. I was upset because of all the money the company tried to take out of my taxes to file them. When my friend told me about Mary McAlpine I called her and made an appointment. That was in 2010 and I have never gone to another tax agency since. She is very knowledgeable, accurate and fair. I am a single mother with two kids and she has helped me so much in getting the most for a refund. Also in understanding the ins and outs of taxes. I can actually call her any time if I have questions. Very helpful. I recommend her now to ALLLLLLL my friends. Ill definitely continue to go to her each year!

Cliff Reed This review is not for the services provided but for the cleanliness of the place. When you walk into the waiting room theres trash all over the floor the windows have a hazy film on them cobwebs all in the corners youd think this place would take a little pride and run a vacuum cleaner once in a while and maybe spray an air freshener. (Edit) Since I have returned the place looks great and smells a lot better too I appreciate them taking my review into consideration and doing a little cleaning after all first impressions are everything.
