I called repeatedly, left voice mails, asking what do I need to do now his house is in my name. Silence!! Nothing!! Why anyone would do business with you is beyond me. I dont know how anyone is able to get in contact with you. Press 5 for home owners insurance is a farce. All I have to say is if youre thinking about using this company (if I can call it that) then "Good Luck People" Because youre going to need it. I was NOT trying file a claim... just ask a simple question *What do I need to do* Shop around people. Seriously.

I’ve been forwarded to leave a voicemail but they always return the call quickly and are very personable.
