Israel Howell I have worked with Melissa, Hannah, Kayla, and Kendall multiple times and they have all been so sweet and helpful with making sure were taken care of. Melissa is the Queen of claims and makes the process smooth as butter! They are always responsive and proactive if there is ever an issue or concern. I live about an hour away and could easily switch to another local State Farm agent but I havent due to the great customer service experience!
