We were miscommunicated as well as misinformed on a lot of different issues. we feel that we were not represented well, as the attorney always said they were busy or had lots to do at that time, and that our case would be worked on the following week.
We paid $3000 in retainer fees, and have asked for over a month for an itemized report of charges, which Rusty and the office manager have failed to provide us with numerous times. When we met to go over every issue we have had with Rusty- he chose to talk over us and kicked us out of the office after 7 minutes.
We also paid Rusty to file gaurantorship for my disabled mother. He failed to properly inform her doctor of this, which therefore, she refused to do. He also failed to dismiss it, due to being busy, and we had to go to the probate court, pay the fees, and dismiss it ourselves.
We also needed someone evicted out of our household and Rusty has been "looking into it" since late June. has completely failed to do ANY steps towards an eviction for us.
DO NOT use this firm for ANYTHING. Rusty and team have failed us numerous times due to incompetency and poor communication. we will be reporting this firm to Georgia Bar.
