Karen Brock Boger I love this bank! They consistently provide great service, and remind me of the hometown service I used to receive at my credit union. This is the only banking institution where I know the employees by name. There willingness to help, to check in on myself and my family, and to always let me know they appreciate my business, is always above and beyond. If you are not banking here, you should be!

Due to the fact that not only do they have excellent customer service- They have like a family environment to me! They treat you with kindness, professionalism and respect! Any claim Ive filed whether it was car or my home, they immediately handled it and followed thru til the end. Mrs Laurinda Reynolds is TOP TIER (she deserves a raise!) and even the owner Mr Brandon Bailey has taken the time to help me in so many ways to have my home and cars secure and offer excellent rates! Im thankful for this company especially during a time when so many businesses try to rip you off or all about making money only and not caring about the customers! I would recommend them to ANYONE!

Sarah Michael I’ve always had awesome experiences at Van’s! John is always a HUGE help and so friendly! They have an awesome jewelry selection among other things! I got help today from the furry sales associate Hank which made the day so much better. I’ll always recommend Van’s to a friend especially if John and Hank are working!

Dalyn DeFoor So I have been banking with Wells Fargo for many years. This location has great customer service. Always smiles, and fast service. I have over heard in the lines before with customers being disrespectful and ugly, and no matter what the Wells Fargo staff always stays nice and professional.
