5 /5 Matt Bowers: Ive had HH insurance for a little over a year. I had to call in to update some information. I was very fortunate to speak with a very nice, professional and kind lady named, Carlee. Well, after multiple conversations, all with Carlee I was not able to complete my task that day. 100% my fault. The next morning I called and again it was Carlee. Thank God, because she helped me finally get everything taken care of for me! Carlee provided the best customer service Ive ever received! Great company, great rates and top notch customer service! I highly recommend!

1 /5 Michael Gandy: Buyer beware. H&H was by far the cheapest quote provided, but I had never heard of the insurance carrier so I was skeptical. When I asked why H&H provided a quote from this specific carrier Blake responded that it was the best fit. When asked why it was a good fit he got defensive and assumed I was questioning his integrity. He then told me to go with the other companies that I had gotten quotes from and hung up.
