1 /5 Wanilson Andrade: Nathan made a mistake when inputting my info on State Farm system, they ended up canceling my policy. I only found out when GA DMV sent me a fine for not having insurance, now my registration is canceled, and I just found out today. My 17 year old is been driving this vehicle thinking is in good standing. Imagine if something happens?
Called the agency, Dennis (the owner) says only thing he can do is fix the insurance lapse on State farm system and will take 20 to 30 days. Called State Farm, they say there not they can do and referred me back to the Agent. Called DMV they say the insurance company can fix it and their system is live and they you drop the fines and reinstate the registration the minute State farm fixes it. So You decide for your self if you want to go with this agency and this Insurance company. Meanwhile either I pay all these expenses my self now or have the car parked for 20 to 30 days waiting on the goodwill of this insurance company.
