Christie Page JJ Puccio has been my State Farm agent for many years now. He has always been timely when responding to any needs and/or requests that I may have. He has also been readily available to meet with me in person when necessary. He has even gone as far as to give me his personal cell phone number in case I need to contact him after-hours. I don’t know how many other agents actually give out their personal cell phone number, but it has been a lifesaver for me as I have contacted him on his personal cell phone many times throughout the years. He has always been respectful of my needs and has never made me feel like I was nuisance when contacting him after hours at his house. This shows that JJ is extremely dedicated to his clients and wants to be available for them at any given time. I have truly appreciated this aspect of his character so much! JJ is an excellent agent and I am proud to call him my State Farm agent!

I contacted Mr. Knight’s office and Patsy picked up the phone, she was an absolute sweetheart. She got all of my information and had Mr. Knight work on a quote for me. I initially just needed the homeowners, but when he quoted me about $1200 less than my current vehicle premium, my jaw dropped. I had to ask him if he was joking. I appreciated that I wasn’t charged extra to use my credit card for monthly deductions, and I sure appreciated all the hard work they did to ensure everything was forwarded to the mortgage company within 24 hours. Highly recommend this office, it has been such a pleasure doing business with them.
