Kristal Norris Pulled into this business twice in 2 weeks to look at a car for my granddaughter and no one came out to help us so we just left. You would think a car lot would have a sales person to greet customers.

Sabrina Presley Derrick that runs it now is extremely rude. Very passive aggressive. Unreasonable. I will never do business with A&A again. I was spoke down to and I dont appreciate it.

Margaret Dover Andrew is an excellent financial advisor! He really takes the time to educate his clients on their entire financial picture. In working with my retired parents he spent the time to ensure they understood their finances and what the future picture looked like for them based on their goals and needs. Highly recommend!

ravan bell I came to get change for a hundred dollar bill ( that my mother recived from southern bank). The teller informed me that it was aginst policy to change / exchang money for a person that does not have an account. I asked to see this in writing, the bank representitive stated that its not in writing but simple how they do things at southern bank. In the end my elderly disabled mother had to come in (during covid) to get five twenty dollar bills in exchange for a hundred. I dont see how this is even legal. The persons at the drive thru ( crystal and kim) sent me to the main office to get a copy of the policy, in which no one in the office could produce. I feel i was given the run around for requesting change for a hundred dollar bill.

Marilyn Foody We had worked with two different factoring companies before being introduced to Allied Financial. Without a doubt, factoring your receivables is an excellent way to increase cash flow, however, having to provide monthly data back to the factoring company utilizing their KLUDGE reporting system can drive you to madness. With one factoring company, we could NEVER reconcile to what their numbers said and it was a 30 minute dissertation from them on how to reconcile numbers. In fact we got a number of answers as to why the numbers would not reconcile and each and everyone of them was different. Absolutely MIND NUMBING!! We worked with Allied Financial for a few years and they were a great partner. They were quick to respond to our needs and it felt like they were a true partner in providing the necessary working capital assistance for our growing company. Their assistance helped put us in a position to successfully build and transition back over to a traditional bank. The line of credit and reporting requirements were extremely easy to use and flexible. From top to bottom, everyone at Allied was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend them to other entrepreneurs.

Joshua Huff EDIT: I received a phone call from one of the local mangers and an apology. She also gave me direct phone number so I can avoid dealing with anyone at their call center. This means a lot to me, I prefer to speak to someone locally when it comes to anything involving my money. Previous: I called this morning to get money wiring info for my attorneys office... After waiting on hold for 15min... I was told "tell them to just call the wiring line" than hung up on...! Ill take my money somewhere else
