1 /5 RC DUCREE: Polite agent however Brian did not conclude with certainty my request and their offer, all which lead to much confusion delay and cancellation by Otto of home insurance this was an unexpected delay in me having to rush to find a comparable insurer for newly purchased home . Refund never was made for funds spent. Bad bad experience. I’d not recommend goose head under any circumstances. Thank you
