It was super easy to schedule my first consultation with him via his website. During that initial consultation, I explained to him I was looking to file for divorce, but we really wanted to keep costs low and avoid going to court if possible. I felt Oscar truly listened to my concerns/wishes and didn’t try to persuade me otherwise. He explained what to expect, cost expectations, and different scenarios that could occur very throughly and in a way that was easy to understand. In searching for an attorney I was looking for a flat fee for uncontested divorces and someone that would help, listen, guide but not push me in one way or the other. Oscar and Mel gave me all of that! I was able to do the set fee. They guided, provided advice, answered all my questions, but never pushed me one way or another.
