1 /5 Brandy Brazeale: Worst bank ever since Georgia own took over have had so many issues with my card an when I call I got told that I needed to call an set up a traveling to make it to where I can use my card in fl even tho I been using it in the same places since Ive had them all an I live in ga an is 10 minutes from fl an all the lady could tell me is to change my address to a fl address even tho I live in ga an kept asking me how long I would be in fl this company is now trash

3 /5 Richard Todd: My wife went to reactivate her debit card because for only a reason known to this establishment, wont work if not used in 30 days. She was ask to take a seat and wait for a girl in an office by a teller. After waiting 5-10 minutes the girl came out with a greeting card in her hand and headed to the tellers counter handed it to them to be signed and then walked by my wife not acknowledging her and exited to a back room. My wife got up and left.

1 /5 Roland Cabanas: This use to be a Excellent Bank as united first federal credit union. Since this Georgia own credit union, took over, Total Garbage. Very poor customer service, you get treated like they are doing you a favor answering the phone after 45 waits. This is the worst bank period.

1 /5 Butterflies Jewelry: Gone to the bank this afternoon to deposit $100.00 in to my account...The air head chick that is working the drive thru didnt put my money in the right account ...She put it in someone elses account....They need to get that person out of the drive thru... If you cant put the banking person money in there account you dont need the job...Giving everyone a head up make sure you check your receipt....12-6-22 at 1:08pm
