1 /5 GAY Stancel: Went to withdraw money from my vacation account and was told there is a 5.00 fee. Only allowed to withdraw from vacation account quarterly. So I can only take a vacation quarterly????I was never notified of this. This is not the same credit union it used to be. The person who helped us was nice. You have to sign in and wait for someone to help you and that can take be 5-30 minutes..

1 /5 Amanda Gray-Steinacher: Worst used car loan experience ever. Just say no and save yourself the frustration. Setting up your branch so that loan officers are on call and swamped with customers walking in with issues leads to loans that take forever to process. Lack of communication. Five visits to the branch because your phone system and email system to communicate with loan applications is TERRIBLE. We get emails that day loan docs coming and they dont come. NO communication because the credit union is requesting a title without water mark. Really, ridiculous!! Truly, the worst experience ever.

1 /5 jason nipper: This place is horrible. Ever since they moved to their new location it is horrible. The way they are set up makes no since. They punish you if you dont want to use their automated systems. The lobby is full of people waiting to make deposits and no one is helping anybody. This is every time I come in here. I wish I had never opened an account here. The old branch and the people that worked there were wonderful. The new branch and the new people are horrible. Have now been waiting over an hour and still nothing. There are at least 4 employees walking around doing nothing.

5 /5 M D: What an easy and simple process with convenience and great customer service!! David Wiley, the branch manager informed me of the amazing CD offer they had and Hilary helped open one for me. They were both very informative of the offers and I could tell they both cared about me and my financial future. I never felt pressured or forced to open any sort of accounts, loans or credit cards, like at other banks. I was grateful for the information and taking the time to answer all my questions. The entire team at this location was very courteous, helpful and professional! I definitely recommend reaching out to David Wiley or Hillary for all your financial needs and questions. Very quick process, felt like I was in and out, but with new found friends and financial guides. Thank you for everything, team Wiley!
