1 /5 Kevin Neill: They have horrible customer service worst experience I ever had with a insurance company . I would call and need help with some of my many policies Zac is always on the phone or in a meeting .getting a call back is almost impossible .its like once they get your money they dont care at all no more .it gave me the feeling of dealing with a greasy dishonest used car salesman run away from this branch of this company .go get good service good coverage and way better prices elsewhere
