Matt Bowers Ive had HH insurance for a little over a year. I had to call in to update some information. I was very fortunate to speak with a very nice, professional and kind lady named, Carlee. Well, after multiple conversations, all with Carlee I was not able to complete my task that day. 100% my fault. The next morning I called and again it was Carlee. Thank God, because she helped me finally get everything taken care of for me! Carlee provided the best customer service Ive ever received! Great company, great rates and top notch customer service! I highly recommend!

Darius Smith The GreenBriar location was no help at all they system is down and couldnt process payment basically told me my policy canceled cause they tried to take the money out and it wasnt in there (They Draft at 12:01 who jobs pays the at 12:01 in the Am dont worry Ill wait)they I can take my business somewhere else and get another quote (mind you Im your customer trying to pay you the money) was no Help at all and the Gainesville Ga location hung up in my face still waiting on that call back to the only reason they getting 2 stars is because I called two locations with piss poor customer service.....

Jayln Pouncil Ms.Latrice did a wonderful job and got me a marvelous quote for my insurance also was very patient with me. Her customer service was outstanding. Also offered auto pay witch would help me not worry about my insurance every month as a business women. Latrice need to be most definitely promoted for her outstanding help and hard work.

Joy Wilson I have been with this State Farm office in Hartwell and have always received great service. Today I had to add/remove a vehicle from a policy and I worked with Hailey. I thought the service was exceptional. Hailey answered all my questions and did the change over very efficiently. She’s extremely nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Win, win, win!

Bonnie Poland These folks are awesome. I have had my auto and home with them for many years and so did my father before me. Even once when I left for a temporarily better deal on auto with Liberty Mutual, the next year when it went through the roof, they found me a plan even better than I had the year before with Liberty Mutual. And any issues with homeowners, they have called Allstate on my behalf and taken care of any issues. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.
