5 /5 Marynell Singleton: French Law Group did an excellent job for my family in probating an estate and doing a trust for us. Laura and her staff were extremely patient in answering all of our questions every step of the way. Because we were doing 2 things at once and it took a while we had lots of questions but never once did any of the staff get impatient with us. They accept other forms of payment if electronic payments are a challenge for whatever reason and are very kind about it. The office is lovely when in-person visits are required. They have the added convenience of doing Zoom interviews if no signatures are required at that time. This is especially helpful if there are challenges to in-person meetings for whatever reason. All communication, whether by phone/email/in person is professional, empathetic, and caring. Follow up communication was true to what was outlined in conversations and in the timeframe originally promised. Appointments were easy to make and availability of appointments was pretty quick. I was recommended French Law Group by someone that had used them, and I was just as pleased with my service as they were with theirs. I would recommend Ms. French and her law group to anyone. My family and I really enjoyed working with them.
