5 /5 Ron Burnstine: I met the folks at First Newnan through one of their other customers who is in the same business as I am. I had shopped around for new coverage and was not finding much success in the current market. Then I met Lindsey Lisk at First Newnan and it was smooth sailing from there on. Not only did Lindsey find me new coverage, but their quote also blew other quotes out of the water for the type of non-standard coverages we needed at our location. They are always nice and very responsive and I look forward to working with them more in the future.

1 /5 Eric McCally: DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY!! I started a workers comp policy with Bill McCalla, the owner, or so I thought. I didnt give him my general liability or commercial auto policies so I guess because of that he never did my workers comp. He gave me an insurance certificate with a policy number but after a month of seeing no payment withdrawn I began asking questions. The company he wrote the policy for didnt have anything. I left 3 messages with his secretary, 3 messages on his voicemail and sent 3 different emails asking for a reason. No response was ever given. I didnt give him my other 2 policies because every time I needed a change to my workers comp certificate it would take 3 to 5 days to get. Thats way to long! When my customers need a copy of my certificate they expect it within 24 hours, not 5 days! Im so glad I didnt give him my other policies because then I would be without any insurance! You want an honest insurance agent, DO NOT USE THEM!!

1 /5 Luke Anderson: Tried to get quotes from this agency..and they can’t seem to comprend how to do business in insurance. Waited all day to hear back about quotes, after having to call back myself, they didn’t have any quotes ready, none of the information I requested seemed to be saved and the one company I told them I wasn’t interested in is the one company they ran a quote for me. Not worth wasting your tkme trying to get insurance through them, find another agency.
