This is very important because these days so many people make careless mistakes, but he paid very close attention to detail, and I really appreciated that. He also double-checked with me on every single coverage option to make sure we had exactly what we wanted and stayed within our price range. He never left me hanging, answered all of my questions, followed up and did everything that he said he would do.We ended up with better coverage than we had for basically the same rate! I would highly recommend doing business with Eric Rose State Farm. We had a terrific experience with Chris Shockley and look forward to having them right here in our hometown should we need help with a claim or additional coverage in the future!
