Monique LeHouillier Great experience. Hope was extremely knowledgeable, she walked us through the process of registering 3 cars from out of state. While it took a bit longer because of all the paperwork required, she was very patient, took her time and even brought an extra chair out for my husband. I really couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Life Matters Outreach Colony Bank is excellent. The Branch Manager Rhonda Turner and her staff are always so helpful. Rhonda is very supportive to us and the community she serves. She will also encourage her staff to volunteer when possible to help out non-profit organizations such as ours. They are especially helpful when we are running our Baby Bottle fundraiser and bring in all of our coins. We would give them 10 stars!

Nancy Moye Jessica is hands down the best insurance agent I have worked with. She has outstanding customer service and is always going above and beyond to make sure I know the ends and outs of my policy and am comfortable with my coverage. She made the entire process simple and easy. I highly recommend Jessica for all your insurance needs!

Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.
