I was needing some family assistance; I called and spoke with the paralegal. She was so patient and informative. After speaking with her I knew this was the firm I wanted to trust my very sensitive family matter. I was nervous and unsure of what steps to take. At my initial visit, we met, we discussed action plan and a possible timeline. I was also introduced to the entire staff. 1 /5 keonhardeman: MS WARE took my money for a consult to do a case. Just to get in the phone and say, her husband passed away and she had knee surgery. If you knew this why even take my money and do a consult. I called to resolve the problem and everybody in the office gave me the run and front desk said she would call and I never heard back from her! Beware they are only collecting consult fees as a get rich scheme!
