Chad Luke Mr. Danny not only is one of the nicest guys I know, he is the best insurance agent out there. He works hard to keep me and my family covered with the best coverage but also the best rates. My overall experience with him has been great. I reach out to him from time to time with questions and he always responds in a timely manner. A while back he contacted me about trying to help us get a better rate on our home owners insurance. He looks out for his customers. I promise you wont be disappointed!

Cole Williams I was stranded on the side of a busy road in downtown Chattanooga and I called Starr Mathews Agency. I assumed that there was nothing they could do for me, however, I was frustrated and nothing more to do on my end besides get in touch with someone to come pick me up. I got on the phone with a very sweet lady and she conferenced called another company and she handled everything! I only had to say a couple words... I know that it wasn’t her job to get me in touch with the other company, but she did it anyways! Forty minutes later there was a towing company to help me out with my vehicle l! The agent was on top of her game and I greatly appreciate all the help during that stressful ordeal!
