Whatever info she asked for I gathered all those and gave her over the phone and was told Elizabeth would call me to give me my quote. Few days passes and no phone call. Then I called back and the same lady said Elizabeth was busy that’s why didn’t call and that she could call back as soon as possible. It’s been over a month and no calls from them at all. What a waste of time

1 /5 AJ3 REPORT: I recently cancelled my auto policy with Elizabeth McKinnon and I kept my home insurance with her after she lied to me about getting me a lower rate to keep me as a customer. The rate she quoted was higher than the first quote. I called two times, was sent to voicemail and one time someone hung up on me. I left two different voicemails, two different weeks and no one called me back. I left her agency and went to another Allstate agency. I was still a customer of hers and that was very unprofessional to not return any of my calls. I will spread the word about my horrible experience with her.

1 /5 D Ramirez: The only good part of this experience was Luna Gladis, the woman who answered the phone. She was friendly and professional. I submitted a request for a quote on the 8th of May and to this day, still no response. Based on the other most recent review, it seems like this is a common issue with this office.
