5 /5 Kanhayia Kumar: This was my first experience with American police & Recorders court. There were 2 citation on me - one for service tag expiry & another one for something which I have not done at all. Service Tag expiry happened as no one had told me that it needs to be changed everywhere - so one way this was not my mistake as well. I was feeling very annoyed with police behavior & citation. I called Mr Joshua Elbaz & explained all situation. During first interaction only, I got a lot of confidence & was very impressed with his capability. After my one meet for agreement signing, we directly met in court hearing. Everything was so smooth. Though it was life’s first day the court but he took care of everything & made us super comfortable. Finally, case was closed with just a nominal fine. Judge also confirmed that the case is closed & there won’t be any records entry. We would really like to thank Mr Joshua & his firm for getting us this win & we wish him all the best for the future.

1 /5 Chris Klecko: I was advised by Josh.That is perfectly legal to be incarcerated up to 4 years with no bond and no indictment for an aggravated battery. And claims many of his clients Find themselves in that hostage situation now.. That should tell you about his ethics and his courage.. strongly suggest you find a lawyer who honors the Constitution. And respects the oath he took.and have the balls to be defense attorney against the tyrants on his Christmas card list
