Reaves at the Milledgeville branch and I have to say that it was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. She was very professional, attentive, and personable. She not only made sure that she covered everything but that I also understood everything. She was so pleasant. More often than not when trying to handle things these days, people act like youre an annoyance instead of a customer that they pays their salary, but Chelsea was welcoming and made me feel like she was happy to help me with all of my needs. Citizens Bank is very fortunate to have her. Please let her know that she is appreciated. Give Chelsea a promotion and raise.
