Kelly K. Robinson I left my previous bank because of the decline in customer service. I opened an account today with customer service representative Chelsea K. Reaves at the Milledgeville branch and I have to say that it was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. She was very professional, attentive, and personable. She not only made sure that she covered everything but that I also understood everything. She was so pleasant. More often than not when trying to handle things these days, people act like youre an annoyance instead of a customer that they pays their salary, but Chelsea was welcoming and made me feel like she was happy to help me with all of my needs. Citizens Bank is very fortunate to have her. Please let her know that she is appreciated. Give Chelsea a promotion and raise. Good customer service is a rarity these days and its a great way to get new and retain current customers. Chelsea is just the person to both simultaneously. Thank you Chelsea!

1st Franklin Financial - Griffin

Elizabeth Jones About a week or so ago I walked into this business and the first person I saw acted like she didnt want to speak to me or even try to help me and when she finally asked me what I needed it was in a rude way. Alisha needs to learn how to approach people. What turned what should had been a one star into a five star is Kasey, she is very awesome and tried her best to get me what I wanted and walked me through the whole process step by step and she and her manager made me feel right at home with their knowledge and understanding of what a customer needs when trying to understand something they are not familiar with. Thank yall for everything.
