Kelly K. Robinson I left my previous bank because of the decline in customer service. I opened an account today with customer service representative Chelsea K. Reaves at the Milledgeville branch and I have to say that it was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. She was very professional, attentive, and personable. She not only made sure that she covered everything but that I also understood everything. She was so pleasant. More often than not when trying to handle things these days, people act like youre an annoyance instead of a customer that they pays their salary, but Chelsea was welcoming and made me feel like she was happy to help me with all of my needs. Elizabeth Jones About a week or so ago I walked into this business and the first person I saw acted like she didnt want to speak to me or even try to help me and when she finally asked me what I needed it was in a rude way. Alisha needs to learn how to approach people. What turned what should had been a one star into a five star is Kasey, she is very awesome and tried her best to get me what I wanted and walked me through the whole process step by step and she and her manager made me feel right at home with their knowledge and understanding of what a customer needs when trying to understand something they are not familiar with.
