Heather Hale Working with HLM has been a godsend for the past 10 years! Professional and friendly, responsive and highly skilled, Mercedes and her wonderful staff have taken care of us and our complicated returns. We self-filed for years but with me becoming a small business owner, new marriage laws that unfolded at different times, and other events, having HLM by our side has decreased gray hairs and sleepless nights. A D So far my experience here has been good. The employees have been helpful and very nice, easy to work with. I have had 0 issues when I have gone inside the bank and received help. Lastly, I have not had to wait very long either when waiting for a teller to assist me. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because the ATM was not working properly and would freeze up. This is not the first time Ive had an issue with an atm at one of their locations. I told the teller inside it was not working and she seemed like she didnt care as my concern was ignored I hope they fix it soon as this location is the closest branch to me.

Knowles Jessica (PiNkY) Linda is the most unprofessional employee there. Everyday she is calling my phone looking for someone that isnt even at this nubmber and when I ask her to stop calling and harassing me she gets loud and rude and threatens to come to my house. Come to my house and your asking for trouble. STOP CALLING MY PHONE OR I WILL PRESS CHARGES!!!
