I needed the assistance far more than she can imagine and for that I will forever be grateful for her customer service. Ive dealt with OneMain about 8 years now and outside of Lisa from the Onley VA branch (shes amazing) I hadnt met anyone more deserving of recognition than Ms. Ava.
