Amanda Sikes Probably the worse insurance company I have ever had to deal with. You can never get any information by calling, theyll direct you to leave a voicemail and dont return your call for weeks, if at all. It takes a month or better to receive your first initial benefits from them, then its a weekly battle to get them after that. I have paid weekly for 7 years through my employer for their services, they glady took their payments with no hesitation, but when it comes to them having to payout, they drag their feet.

Due to a brush with Covid, she came out to the parking lot to notarize some documents for me. And shes always doing stuff like that. The level of service is above anything Ive ever received from any bank branch anywhere. Its astounding.
