Amber is an awesome bookkeeper who is consistent with communicating about your business financial needs. She gives great advice & stays on top of your books to keep everything organized to make filing taxes with Charlie easier.

5 /5 Sean Davis: On 2/15/25 I had the pleasure of visiting the new location to get my taxes done, and was impressed with the new surroundings. As usual, I was treated with awesome customer service and they even had cookies to snack on. Mr. Charlie English took care of me and he’s been on my side for almost 20 years. His new office is off the charts. Also props to Mrs Gordon who completed my final paperwork and gave me a tour of the new facilities. 10 STARS!!

1 /5 Raushanah Johnson: He makes false promises and has poor communication. Tells you he will call you and then never bothers to communicates with you again. I waisted all my time sending my documents on several occasions for nothing! I would have felt better if he just said im not going to help you......instead he just never responds again. Sad.....
