Nancy Danch When my brother became ill, he asked me to handle all of his legal and medical affairs. This was a very difficult time not only because of my brother recovering from illness but especially because my brother resided in Georgia and I in New Jersey. I needed to update his will and had many questions about securing his investments as he would want them. Not to mention, I also had no idea where to begin.
