1 /5 Scott Sheppard: Michael Waters was recommended by a personal friend to handle a corporate dissolution issue. The company had in excess of $70,000 in assets and the situation had deteriorated to where personal threats were being made. Needless to say there was a lot at stake. After an initial phone consultation with Michael he accepted my case. That was 6 weeks ago and no progress has been made. At this point Michael wont bother to return an email, phone call or text message. It is honestly the most unprofessional situation I have ever been involved in. How can you ignore a client in need without so much as a return phone call? If you accept a client you should be a professional and meet your obligations!
