Due to such an unexpected event, things needed to happen very quickly. Melissa wasted no time and making sure that we had everything that we needed and retrieved all documentation necessary to move forward and getting us exactly what we needed for a rental cars. Medical attention follow up therapy and so forth. Because everything was last minute and deadlines were approaching Cheryl went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything that we needed to be as whole as possible before the weekend began.
