When I was involved in an accident and sustained injuries I didn’t know what to do because I’ve never been in this type of predicament. I was assigned a lawyer from the hospital after my visit but they were not organized at all and barely communicated. I reached out to Taylor after hearing many commercials on the radio and they explained the process. Any questions I had they always answered them to where I would understand. I am giving them 4 stars because in the beginning I kept getting communication from different case workers and I wasn’t sure who to actually communicate with. Either than that; I want to thank all of you beautiful Queens for assisting me through it all! I would definitely recommend you!
