David is a very thorough and competent attorney who always had my familys best interest in mind. His honesty and integrity inspired trust and confidence for all that he helped us! 5 /5 Stephen Hulen: Received a speeding ticket in Bleckley County I called David and he got right on it and had the charges reduced. He is very friendly and efficient in taking care of his clients. His legal assistant Janice is very informative and friendly.

1 /5 Jennifer Woodrum: David Venable is dishonest and rips his clients off THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for attorney representation that they DID NOT RECEIVE FROM HIM. He billed us nearly $800 total for a hearing in which he did not prepare the proper petitions for and was not allowed to even speak at the hesring due to the Judge barring him from the hearing. He will also allow EVERY single case to be called BEFORE YOUR CASE WHEN YOUR CASE IS FIRST ON THE DOCKET and then bill YOU HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS PER HOUR that you sit waiting for your case to be heard. He is rude and disrespectful to HIS CLIENTS. I had to turn him into the Georgia State Bar association fee arbitration unit for STEALING NEARLY TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS of our $5,000 retainer fee we paid him. If you want to be ripped off, your case constantly screwed up, and talked to like a dog then HIRE DAVID VENABLE for your attorney. If you are smart, you will run from him as fast as you can go and hire an honest attorney.
