This was a very difficult time not only because of my brother recovering from illness but especially because my brother resided in Georgia and I in New Jersey. Benjamin Watts Ellis can be rude and disrespectful. Not a horrible lawyer but doesn’t listen very well or understand people very well. Helped me with a case and someone in my family in case and it was the worst experience ever. Have been told many times not to use him or that other people wouldn’t use him again. But if you’re looking for the cheapest option around it’s him and you get what you pay for. Just don’t expect anything to be done in a timely manner.
