Dale Nifong - State Farm Insurance Agent - Dublin (GA)

1 /5 Mikiah Brown: My husbands insurance agent, Jonathan, lied about coverage which ended up costing us $900 out of pocket after an accident. My husband confronted Dale, the owner, about the situation after he dodged our calls several times. Dale said that Jonathan should pay for the repairs out of his personal pocket, which obviously didn’t happen. He told Dale he was going to leave a review on his experience and Dale stated he “don’t give a crap” (wow, how professional of him). These people do not care about you or your coverage. Dale is only trying to make money & go home. No sympathy for others what so over. We took our business elsewhere QUICK LIKE and would not recommend Dale Niflong to our worst enemy.

1 /5 Todd Kapp: 100% do not recommend this company. David my "insurance rep" acted like it was his first day when I was setting up my insurance. After the money was paid they then decide to come look at my house which is in process of some minor repairs. They refused to cover my house and kept my payment without any refund. Do yourselves a great favor and do not get in bed with this company they are thieves.

3 /5 Brian Tolbert: I have been a client for 11 years and have been really happy with them until recently. Two instances where I emailed them multiple times as nobody would return my call and still no answer, to a few simple questions. I had to drive to the office(1 hour away), just so that I could speak with someone. This has now happened twice to me. I am starting to doubt my choices with staying with them as the customer service is starting to slack off.
